The overall RHS-NB project is managed by Denbighshire County Council, Directorate of Lifelong Learning. Because of the complexity and scale of the project, there are clear areas of specialist and technical expertise at a practical level, each led by a nominated party.

Project Governance

Within Denbighshire County Council, the project is governed by a Project Board which comprises senior Council, School and Education representatives, technical specialists and elected members. The project is directed by the Head of Modernising Education as Project Sponsor, who is accountable to the Council for the total project and chairs the Project Board.
