Careers Wales


Gwasanaeth cyngor, cyfarwyddyd a gwybodaeth gyrfaoedd i bob oed ydy Gyrfa Cymru.

Mae Gyrfa Cymru yn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc mewn addysg yn cynnig cyfarwyddyd diduedd am:

  • gyrfaoedd amrywiol
  • opsiynau 14+, 16+, 18+
  • tueddiadau byd gwaith
  • gyrsiau addysg bellach ac uwch. 

Bydd pob cyfweliad wedi ei deilwrio at anghenion yr unigolyn gan helpu iddynt adnabod eu cryfderau wrth wneud penderfyniadau at y dyfodol. 

Cynigir cefnogaeth benodol i bobl ifanc gydag anghenion ychwanegol.

Mae Gyrfa Cymru yn cefnogi’r ysgol i gyflwyno Rhaglen Gyrfaoedd a Byd Gwaith i ddysgwyr drwy weithdai, gwaith grŵp a chysylltiadau â chyflogwyr i’w helpu i ddatblygu sgiliau.  Bydd Cynghorydd Gyrfa fel arfer yn bresennol yn nosweithiau rhieni o flwyddyn 9 ymlaen a gallwch gysylltu â’ch Canolfan Gyrfa lleol ar 01745 330012

Careers Wales is a careers advice, guidance and information service for all ages.

Careers Wales works with young people in education offering impartial guidance on:

  • various careers
  • options 14+, 16+, 18+
  • world of work trends
  • further and higher education courses. 

Every interview will be tailored to the individual’s needs, helping them to identify their strengths when making decisions for the future.

Specific support is offered to young people with additional needs.

Careers Wales supports the school in the delivery of the Careers and the World of Work Programme for learners through workshops and links with employers to help them develop skills. A Careers Adviser will usually be present in parents’ evenings from year 9 onwards and you can contact your local Careers Centre on 01745 330012
