Dress Code


The school recognises that the image that its pupils display is important in the ethos created in the school and has a clearly defined uniform and presentation policy, which all pupils are expected to comply with.

Boys

Sweatshirt
Black standard style sweatshirt with RHS Logo

Shirt
White polo shirt with RHS Logo

Trousers
Plain black of conventional style. No denim or corduroy. Belts should be plain black, standard size buckle.

Shoes
Black. No trainers, boots or sandals

Outdoor Clothing
Dark (black/navy). No logos. Hooded sweatshirts are not acceptable. Outdoor clothing is never to be worn in classroom.

Girls

Sweatshirt

Shirt/Blouse
White polo shirt with RHS Logo

Plain black of conventional style. No denim or corduroy. Belts should be plain black, standard size buckle.

Black low heel. No trainers, boots or sandals

Outdoor Clothing
Dark (black/navy). No logos. Hooded sweatshirts are not acceptable. Outdoor clothing is never to be worn in classroom.

PE Kit

All students participating in sporting activities must remove all jewellrey and tie back long hair.

Indoor Activities

  • Blue RHS T-Shirt
  • Navy/Black Shorts
  • Trainers (NOT pumps)
  • 1 Piece Swimsuit (Girls)
  • Swimshorts/trunks (Boys) (not below the knee)

Outdoor Activities

  • Blue RHS T-Shirt
  • Navy/Black Tracksuit Bottoms/Shorts
  • Trainers (NOT pumps)
  • Football Boots
  • ¾ Length Gold/Yellow Socks

Jewellery

A watch, plain rings (maximum of 2) and one pair of ear studs may be worn. No facial jewellery or body piercing is to be worn.

Mobile Phones/IPods/Mp3 Players

Pupils are not allowed to use these in corridors between lessons or in lessons. They should be switched off and out of sight. Any infringement will result in them being confiscated and held at the school until a parent collects them.
