47 year 9 pupils took part in team building activities organised by the army at Kinmel Camp on Tuesday 15th June. The Students were instructed on how to cook army rations in the field, how to handle a paint ball gun and how to dress in chemical, biological and nuclear warfare suits.

Students also learnt the intricacies of applying camouflage through face paint and clothing then took part in an Army version of hide and seeks. After experiencing some of the routines of Army life the pupils tackled the army’s assault course, working together to ensure everybody was able to complete the obstacles. The day finished with teams of pupils competing in a stretcher race.

Year 9 would like to thank the army for an excellent, motivating day of well organised team building activities.
